Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests by providing exceptional customer service while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking IDs and barcodes, and managing new member sign-ups. Take prospective members on club tours, facilitate account updates, and respond to member questions or concerns by elevating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and safety by sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment, stocking supplies, and reporting broken amenities to the Club Manager. Follow the "Lost and Found Policy" to turn in member property immediately. Work full-time hours from 2pm to 10pm, including one weekend day, with continual standing, walking, and talking throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations

- High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred
