Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle member services issues by escalating them to supervisors as needed and maintain club cleanliness. This role reports to the Club Manager and involves standing and walking 75% of the shift with occasional lifting to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
