Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle front desk tasks and facilitate member service issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and ensure a positive experience for all guests. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong customer service skills. Reports to the Club Manager.
Required Qualifications
