Job Summary
Greet potential members and handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls, and conducting tours. Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating account information while facilitating service issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead. Maintain club cleanliness and provide superior customer service to members and guests. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift with basic computer proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
