Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and handle front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club while providing a superior customer experience to members, prospective members, and guests. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
