Job Summary
Drive member experience and new member sales at Planet Fitness Lakeside club as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include greeting prospective members, handling front desk tasks, taking tours, assisting sign-ups and cancellations, updating member accounts, addressing services questions, and escalating issues to supervision. Must demonstrate strong customer service, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication. Requires basic computer proficiency and the ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule are available.
