Job Summary
Greet potential members and handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls, and tours. Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating account information while facilitating member services issues. Maintain club cleanliness and provide a superior customer experience to members, prospective members, and guests. Report to the Club Manager in a full-time, part-time, or non-supervisor role with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
