Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness delivering a superior member experience: greet potential members, answer inquiries, conduct tours, assist with member sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates, handle front desk tasks, and escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed. Requires strong customer service, active listening, problem-solving, diplomacy, and clear communication, plus basic computer proficiency; physical duties include standing/walking portions of the shift and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
