Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle front desk tasks including tours and amenity usage while maintaining club cleanliness. Facilitate member service issues by communicating concerns to supervisors as needed. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and strong customer service skills. Reports to the Club Manager in a full-time or part-time role.
Required Qualifications
