Job Summary
Greet members and guests, answer phones, and check in members while providing tours and assisting with billing updates. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, sign up new members, and log amenities. Perform regular cleaning of the entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk, and amenities. Maintain punctuality and reliability while standing and walking continuously during shifts. Lift up to 45 pounds as needed.
