Customer Service Representative

Greet potential members and handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, and assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed while maintaining club cleanliness. Communicate questions or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner. This role reports to the Club Manager and offers free membership for the employee and one family member or friend.
