Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle front desk tasks including amenity usage inquiries and forward member service issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a superior customer experience for all guests. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and strong communication skills.
