Customer Service Representative

Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle member services issues by forwarding them to leadership as needed and maintain club cleanliness. This role reports to the Club Manager and supports new member sales to create a superior customer experience.
