Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at a Planet Fitness location responsible for new member sales and delivering superior member experiences. Greet potential members, manage front desk tasks (answering phones, giving tours, assisting with sign-ups and account information), handle member inquiries, and escalate issues to Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and contribute to a positive, respectful environment; demonstrated skills in listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication. Requires strong customer service, honesty, good work ethic, and basic computer proficiency. Physical duties include standing/walking for most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
