Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle member services issues by escalating them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and ensure a positive experience for all guests. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong customer service skills. This role reports to the Club Manager at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness.
Required Qualifications

- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
