Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle front desk tasks including member services inquiries and forward issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive experience for all guests. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and strong customer service skills. Reports to the Club Manager.
Required Qualifications
