Job Summary
Customer Service Representative providing a superior member experience at a fitness club. Responsibilities include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks (answering phones, taking information calls and tours), assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts, and directing service issues to management. Requires strong customer service, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication. Physical duties include standing and walking most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
