Job Summary
Greet members and guests, answer phones, and check in members while providing tours and signing up new members. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and log amenities and communicate billing updates. Perform regular cleaning of the entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities. Maintain punctuality and reliability while standing and walking throughout the shift, with the ability to lift 45 pounds.
