Job Summary
Greet customers at the front counter and pickup window, take and process orders accurately, and prepare pizzas and other menu items according to standards. Stretch dough, add toppings, cut and box finished products, and verify orders before handing them to customers or delivery drivers. Handle cash and customer payments, keep work areas clean and stocked, wash dishes, and perform general cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping. Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies while following food safety and sanitation procedures. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, touchscreen, and telephone
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store
- Must be able to use hands frequently for food preparation, cleaning, order entry, and other tasks
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Must be able to work around hot ovens, food preparation equipment, and cleaning supplies
- Must be able to experience temperature changes between work areas and the walk-in cooler
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality
