Job Summary
Process customer orders across multiple channels (phone, fax, EDI, and email) and provide support for dealer, export, eCommerce, company-owned stores, and Home Center customers in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. In a hybrid role (3 days in office) reporting to the Senior Supervisor of Customer Service, responsibilities include ensuring information flow to customers and business owners on transactions (availability, order delivery, invoicing), collaborating with sales, distribution, transportation and finance to ship orders and meet service levels, participating in special projects (e.g., product lifts, launches, new product introductions), and contributing to team goals to reduce cycle time. Qualifications emphasize a background in customer service with 2+ years experience, desirable studies in business/marketing/accounting/computer science or an Associate’s degree, bilingual skills (Spanish or French) preferred, and work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer service function or retail environment
- Education in business management, marketing, accounting and computer science is desirable; applicable experience and/or Associate’s degree is required
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
