Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Representative on a 3-month contract based in the Philippines, supporting non-voice inquiries via Freshdesk with occasional outbound calls to resolve order issues. Responsibilities include handling tickets, updating customers on orders, processing returns/exchanges/refunds, coordinating with internal teams and 3PL partners, maintaining accurate records, identifying recurring issues, and aiming for high CSAT and quick resolution. Requires strong written English, ability to multitask, and independence in a remote setting; schedule to Tue–Sat 4 AM–12 NN PHT with potential shift changes after training; opportunities for full-time employment or promotion based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year in non-voice support (email or chat)
