Job Summary
Provide fast, professional, and empathetic customer support across phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud). Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, maintain accurate ticket records, and collaborate with operations, billing, product, and technical teams to resolve problems and deliver positive customer experiences. Demonstrates clear communication, composure under pressure, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first approach in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center support or client-facing roles
- Experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
