Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a remote, full-time role handling inbound inquiries across phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms. You will resolve issues with empathy, escalate when needed, and document interactions while maintaining high ticket-volume performance, SLAs, and customer satisfaction. Must be organized, patient, and able to communicate clearly in English across multiple channels; experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar platforms is preferred. The role emphasizes supporting US-based clients and maintaining fast response times in a remote, tech-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, call center, or client-facing roles
- Experience using ticketing or customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
