Job Summary
Main point of contact for customers handling product inquiries, order expediting, and pricing discrepancy resolution. Respond to inquiries promptly via phone and email, provide current product information, pricing, and availability, maintain product knowledge and technical expertise, communicate order status and changes, and keep customer records in NetSuite CRM. Requires strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team; office hours 8am–5pm in a Virginia facility with Chester/Louisa locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in wholesale distribution or a related industry.
