Job Summary
Provide handling of spare parts orders for Bose/McIntosh Parts Department, processing orders received by phone, fax, and email; ship, invoice, and document orders, while offering timely customer support on parts availability and order status. Maintain accurate records, support inventory control, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service or related field; familiarity with consumer home audio electronics or electrical/mechanical components is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, parts sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Windows-based systems)
- Ability to accurately process orders and maintain detailed records
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge or familiarity with consumer home audio electronics is a plus
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical components is a plus
