Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information regarding products and services, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues, contributing to process improvements, and staying updated on product offerings and promotions. Requires strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, problem-solving abilities, familiarity with customer service software/tools, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
