Job Summary
Greet potential members and provide superior customer service by answering phone calls, taking info tours, and assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Handle member services issues and questions by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure all interactions exceed customer expectations through active listening, empathy, and diplomatic communication. This part-time role reports to the Club Manager and includes opportunities for advancement within the Planet Fitness team.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
