Customer Service Representative - Part Time Patient Registration

Utilize technology to support patient registration and route written communications as appropriate. Communicate with others via telephone, email, and in person while receiving patients and visitors to handle general inquiries. Determine work priorities on assigned shifts and assist associates with new procedures and duties. Perform other duties as assigned by the Patient Access Manager or Team Lead. This part-time role is based on-site in a quiet, climate-controlled environment with extended computer usage and walking requirements.
