Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a banking environment by processing a variety of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing) and supporting daily branch operations. Proactively promote the Bank’s products and services, refer customers to sales personnel, verify endorsements and funds availability, issue receipts, and balance daily work while adhering to risk, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirements. Update customer contact information, assist colleagues, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented branch culture that supports community-focused banking. Requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work as part of a team in a part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- 1-3 years of banking experience or cash handling experience
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
- Basic mathematical functions
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist other team members
- Ability to adapt to change
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
