Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) at Mueller Streamline in Collierville, TN. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone and email, handling product pricing and availability inquiries, order validation, order allocation to distribution centers, and 360-degree account management in collaboration with sales and warehouse teams. Requires strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage high volumes of orders; familiarity with QAD ERP and Esker Order Management is a plus. A Bachelorcs Degree is preferred. The role is in-person and hourly.
