Job Summary
CSR role at Classic Collision serving as the first impression of customer experience. Responsibilities include explaining the repair process and insurance claim information, maintaining knowledge of insurer requirements for authorizations and billing, coordinating rental car/tow, ensuring vehicles are delivered by the service advisor or backup teammate, assisting with customer communication during the repair process, monitoring DRP assignments and capture rates, following up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales, maintaining DRP logbooks and ARMS, reconciling invoices to payables, ensuring customer waiting area supplies and comfort items, and performing other required administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance policy
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced environment
