Job Summary
Greet guests, answer questions, and check in vendors at the Front Information Desk. Log deliveries, accept payments for programs and events, and confirm locker room assignments. Provide programming, event, and concert information to walk-up customers and callers while responding to inquiries via telephone, in person, or writing. Interpret and enforce ice arena rules, maintain lost and found items, and perform office clerical support for administration staff. Collect fees and record transactions in software, keeping supervisors informed of problems. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on events, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to follow basic instructions and directions.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent customer service.
