Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Job Summary
Handles inbound and outbound customer interactions by answering phones, scheduling customers, assisting with inquiries, processing payments and refunds, and performing data entry. Communicates with field employees and management, supports sales activities including promotions and installations, and schedules appointments. Maintains customer relations, resolves claims and complaints in line with consumer laws, and contributes to continuous improvement through feedback from customer surveys. Utilizes Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset. Requires ability to lift up to 20 pounds and to work onsite in a fast-paced office environment. Airtron is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience in an office setting with 20%+ daily duties assisting customers over the phone
- General computer competency including 1 year Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- English communication (verbal and written)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may be required
