Job Summary
Greet every customer as they arrive, operate cash registers and credit card machines, and handle cash transactions while maintaining cleanliness and removing trash. Stock products and supplies, prepare food and drink items, and maintain fountain, tea, coffee, and cappuccino machines. Perform other tasks as needed, including working coolers, sales floors, drive-thrus, and outside in all weather conditions while lifting up to 50 pounds. Accept Store Manager's supervision and demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork, and multitasking skills during rush hours.
Required Qualifications
- willingness and ability to count money and handle cash
- excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask and keep pace with rush hours
- ability to work coolers, sales floor, cash registers, drive thru and outside in all weather conditions
- ability to lift, bend, squat, push, pull, climb and walk as needed for each task, as well as stand for a duration of shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to accept Store Manager's supervision and feedback
- eye for detail
- personable approach towards customer needs
- strong work ethic
- ability to obtain all certifications necessary (such as TABC and Food Handlers)
