Job Summary
Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology. Be a product and solutions expert by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat while helping them navigate the website and online ordering system. Full-time hours include 4-day or 5-day on-site schedules available, including weekends. Pay ranges from $29 to $34 per hour with a $4 shift differential. Complete health insurance coverage, 401(k) with a 6% employer match, and tuition assistance are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work on-site
- Uline is a drug-free workplace
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
