Job Summary
Greet guests, manage VIP planeside arrivals, and answer calls to deliver seamless aviation experiences. Coordinate fuel and service requests, input data into systems, and reconcile vendor billing and commissions. Perform night audit reconciliation, process fuel sales, and maintain accurate cash and petty cash records. Wash and service customer vehicles, manage rental reservations, and assist with catering and travel arrangements. Support major events like NASCAR while ensuring security and assisting with new hire onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with a professional, customer-first attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure—whether in person, by phone, or over radio
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Excellent organizational habits with a keen eye for detail and task prioritization
- Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to getting things done
- High level of discretion and professionalism, especially when interacting with VIP clientele
- Versatile and composed when working in dynamic settings or handling last-minute requests
- Team-oriented with a self-motivated attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to aviation operations or prior experience within a Fixed Base Operator (FBO)
- Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments where multi-tasking and client engagement are key to success
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms, service coordination tools, or CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Bilingual proficiency
