Job Summary
Manage outbound calls from customers, schedule and manage customer estimates, and identify needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided. Build relationships with customers, maintain accurate records of requests and tasks, and appropriately de-escalate complaints. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record, 1-5 years of call center experience, and familiarity with MS Office and Service Titan. Full-time role in Baton Rouge, LA with a salary of $15-18 per hour.
