Job Summary
Frankfurt-based Customer Service Representative for Order Management handles end-to-end customer orders from receipt to invoicing, coordinates delivery dates with logistics and finance, tracks production schedules, and coordinates with logisticians and warehouse. Responsibilities include processing, updating, and invoicing customer orders; managing open orders; monitoring delivery commitments; handling returns and complaints; maintaining customer master data; ensuring proper archiving and providing audit-ready documentation. Required skills include MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP, with fluent German and English. The role operates within a cross-functional interface with the EMEA Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie- oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung oder im Bereich Logistik
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Outlook)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
