Job Summary
Hybrid Customer Service Representative, Operations based in Lake Zurich, IL, responsible for delivering professional, customer-focused service across inquiries, returns, shortages, overages, credits, and product-related concerns. Acts as a liaison with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Logistics, QA, Finance, Commercial Operations) to investigate and resolve order discrepancies in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, customer empathy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role supports ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and DSCSA/EPCIS compliance, with on-site work three days per week in Lake Zurich, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years’ related experience (preferably in customer service, customer operations, order management, supply chain support)
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, distribution, manufacturing, or other regulated environment preferred
- Experience managing returns, credits, debits, shortages, overages, claims, or customer issue resolution preferred
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and case management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce.com, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Knowledge of DSCSA/EPCIS requirements or pharmaceutical product traceability processes preferred
