Job Summary
On-site Customer Service Representative in Ridgeland, MS for Modivcare. You will be the first point of contact for member questions about transportation services, resolving concerns, documenting conversations, and ensuring accurate trip data. Responsibilities include scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations using scripted protocols, educating members on services and insurance coverage, handling a high volume of calls in a 24/7/365 environment, and working overtime with holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- 0-2 years related experience
- 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
- Type at least 35 words per minute
- Ability to speak and type simultaneously in English
- Ability to work overtime
- Work in a 24/7/365 environment including holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document conversations accurately in systems
- Ability to follow scripted procedures for scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations
