Required Qualifications

- Typing Assessment
- Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while handling customer interactions
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone for extended periods
- Drug screening and background check required
- Fingerprinting may be required
- Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computer/technology
