Job Summary
Customer Service Representative handling NEMT coordination and scheduling from Makati onsite. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating Non-Emergent Medical Transportation, securing prior authorizations, paratransit scheduling, disruption management, quality assurance, and meeting KPIs. Training will be provided; shift, holiday, graveyard, and weekend availability may be required. Benefits include transportation allowance, meal allowance, and Day 1 HMO with dependent coverage. Office-based role with ImageNet’s healthcare back-office services footprint in the Philippines.
