Job Summary

Customer Service Representative handling NEMT coordination and scheduling from Makati onsite. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating Non-Emergent Medical Transportation, securing prior authorizations, paratransit scheduling, disruption management, quality assurance, and meeting KPIs.
