Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first voice our clients hear, delivering excellent customer service over the phone, scheduling service and sales appointments, and supporting daily operations. You will contribute to meeting call-center goals by making outbound calls to fill the schedule, retaining customers, and assisting with product/service recommendations. You’ll maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with dispatch and technicians for timely service, and handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Requires 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred) and a high school diploma or GED; proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to pass a background check and drug screen. The role is full-time in multiple locations across TX, AZ, and NV, with a team-focused, growth-oriented culture and opportunities for advancement.
