Customer Service Representative - Olds

Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while providing information and resolution for customers, branches, insurance companies, and vendors. Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous tasks. Meet and greet customers face-to-face to assess rental needs, provide directions, and assist with vehicle condition assessments. Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions while marketing the company during customer pickups and drop-offs. Understand rental terms, vehicle features, and services; may sell optional protection, upgrades, and fuel options. Notify management of vehicle problems and perform administrative functions including billing support, accounts receivable, and key logs. Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Olds branch.
