Customer Service Representative

Obtain, place, and submit orders while tabulating pricing and shipment details to handle all customer requests. Provide innovative solutions that improve the customer experience through an upbeat, professional demeanor, strengthening relationships and supporting business growth via account management. Serve as a point of contact for customer accounts to foster strong partnerships and ensure a positive experience. This role supports Oakworks, a family-owned medical and spa equipment manufacturer, by helping build a wide array of products with a dedicated team. The position offers a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remotely after training, with opportunities for advancement within the company.
