Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for end-to-end order processing and export coordination in Scoresby, working with SAP/EDI to process orders, respond to customer enquiries on orders and delivery timelines, coordinate export shipments and documentation, ensure Incoterms compliance, monitor backorders, and liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Finance to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or sales coordination
- Exposure to export operations, freight forwarding or international trade
- Experience with SAP, EDI, CRM or similar systems (preferred)
