Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Nutrien Ag Solutions provides responsive service to customer inquiries, monitors accounts receivable/payable and credit limits, reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily, posts payments to customer accounts with 100% accuracy, prints required daily reports, maintains confidential records of daily transactions (invoices, stock transfers, shipment notices), completes administrative correspondence, assists with inventory control and receipt of shipments, and adheres to Nutrien’s culture of care and EH&S standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous SAP experience, an asset
