Customer Service Representative – Norwegian/Swedish

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the full order cycle, ensuring accurate order data and proactive communication about delays and shortages. Act as the primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries and coordinating with various internal departments for smooth order processing. You will handle customer complaints and delivery issues, maintain ERP/CRM records, and support the Nordics Order-to-Cash transition project. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Norwegian and/or Swedish, and 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Native/Proficient Norwegian and/or Swedish language skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 2+ years in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain support
- Experience in a multinational, healthcare, aesthetics, or pharma environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and team focused
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Calm under pressure; excellent problem-solving abilities
- Committed to exceptional customer service
- English is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes
Additional Requirements
- Currently residing in Barcelona or nearby areas or willing to relocate
- Long-term local residency (not a temporary stay)
