Job Summary
Join the Northbrook Park District as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for delivering exceptional support through front desk operations, processing membership transactions, and answering customer inquiries. You will engage with members, promote membership sales, and foster a welcoming environment while managing monetary transactions and performing administrative tasks. Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the initial three months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to perform basic math computations to reconcile cash drawers
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
