Job Summary
Customer Service Representative to support program participants by guiding enrollment, eligibility, and service processes; conduct workshops, orientations, and trainings; assist with accessing services such as education, childcare, transportation, and other resources; maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the team to resolve participant concerns. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential. Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Teams is expected.
